Gil started investing in 1985 in his home state of Massachusetts. At that time Gil was the owner of an automotive repair and sales business. Over time Gil became a licensed Realtor, Mortgage Originator and finally a Mortgage Brokerage Owner. Initially all while owning and operating his automotive repair and sales business in Woburn, Mass.

While initially completing mortgages for his personal investment properties Gil realized the discrepancy between what he paid for properties and what his loan amounts were. Gil's very good friend, was taking terrible advantage of him. "I decided then, I will never ever treat people that way".

Today 40+ years later what has evolved into Nationwide Loans operates 6+ days a week and has clients from the US, Canada and Germany!
